Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Create detailed timelines and project estimates and make sure that work is assigned and distributed appropriately.
- Actively traffic all assigned projects through each step, ensuring each is delivered on time and within budget
- Work collaboratively with all departments including client service, public relations, creative, production, and digital teams.
- Work with client service and creative to create statements of work with budgets.
- Oversee incoming requests from client services with follow-ups with appropriate team members and receipt confirmation with schedule.
- Facilitate budget tracking throughout development of projects and deliver out-of-scope alerts and change orders.
- Review and route projects through the proper channels.

- Plan and develop integrated media schedules from start to finish
- Evaluate new opportunities and advise internal teams and clients on the latest trends across all media channels
