Our Ownership Rewards program is designed to encourage participation that fosters ownership and employee engagement. Employee owners have the opportunity to earn “C.O.nxt Coins” redeemable for corporate branded merchandise, gift cards, activities, etc.

The goal of this program is to recognize your peers with coins when they go above and beyond their day-to-day responsibilities. This should not replace the daily appreciation by saying “thank you” or “great job”. These simple kindness gestures go a long way.
