Food Chain Chats was launched in December 2020 with the goal of becoming an easily digestible resource for animal productivity and food safety topics across the dairy, livestock and poultry industries. Dr. Frank Mitloehner of the CLEAR Center and UC Davis appeared on the podcast as an influencer and thought leader within the agriculture industry with the mission to educate individuals within the industry on the importance of sustainability and the connection between communication and research. The additional opportunity was to set the stage for the launch of the Arm & Hammer Animal and Food Production sustainability platform released later in the year.
