Over her 20-year career, Amanda has worked as a Media Buyer and Planner, Media Supervisor, Director and Junior Partner. She has certifications from the IAB (Digital Media Buying and Planning), the American Marketing Association (AMA) and the Digital Marketing Institute, and her diverse experience spans industries including healthcare, finance, education, agriculture, non-profits and QSRs.

Rachael’s career as a television news producer at KTKA-TV in Topeka, KS, WDAF-TV in Kansas City, MO, WBNS-TV in Columbus, OH, and WTMJ-TV in Milwaukee, WI, has sharpened her potential to quickly navigate complex communication challenges with poise and precision. 

Her listening skills and ability to build and maintain strong relationships gain clients’ trust and ensure she will develop communications strategies that will help them succeed in both proactive and reactive situations.

A former farm kid turned city dweller, Rachael’s accolades include multiple Emmy Award nominations and a win, a Regional Edward R. Murrow Award, Scripps Give Light Award and multiple Wisconsin Broadcasters Association and Milwaukee Press Club awards. She holds a BA in Communications and a minor in Industrial Technology – Graphic Design from the University of North Dakota.
