HARTLAND, Wis. (April 15, 2024)—C.O.nxt, 100% employee-owned communications agency, announces two recent promotions on their team of employee-owners. Brandon Maly and Cheryl DeShambo have both been promoted to the role of account supervisor.
Brandon Maly joined C.O.nxt in 2021 as an account executive and continued his rise in client services to the position of senior account executive. In his role as account supervisor, Maly oversees planning, strategy, project execution and campaign implementation for clients across the C.O.nxt portfolio. During his time with the agency, he has managed integrated marketing campaigns for the agency’s key seed and dairy health accounts whose award-winning work has been recognized. Maly is a native of Wisconsin and graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a degree in Life Sciences Communication. He is active in Badger NAMA and currently serves as the student liaison for the University of Wisconsin-Madison chapter.
Cheryl DeShambo joined C.O.nxt in 2021 as an account executive, advancing to the role of senior account executive. In her role as account supervisor, DeShambo provides strategic oversight, project execution and campaign implementation for key check-off and produce solutions clients, spearheading key agriculture sustainability and consumer outreach initiatives, as well as acquisition efforts. She leads multi-media client campaigns, including award-winning work for consumer exhibit and influencer events. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire.
