Position Description

As an Account Supervisor, you will manage and execute all aspects of client service. As a key link between the agency and our clients, your mission will be to understand your clients’ goals, anticipate their needs and help guide them toward strategic, sustainable market positioning and implementation—all while keeping work on track with budget and deadlines. You will partner with and help lead agency resources to meet agency and client needs, bringing forward-thinking ideas and growing into a trusted day-to-day advisor.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Build Trusted Relationships: Serve as a key day-to-day point of contact for assigned clients, building strong, trusted relationships and consistently delivering high-value thinking and measurable results.
  • Know the Business: Bring and continue developing deep fluency in your clients’ business and the industries they serve—including agriculture, livestock and food/agribusiness—along with their key issues, market dynamics, evolving trends and competitive pressures.
  • Help Lead Strategy & Planning: Contribute to and help lead the development of insight-driven marketing plans, integrated campaigns and growth initiatives that align with client objectives and budget realities.
  • Apply AI-Enabled Thinking: Identify and apply AI-driven tools, platforms and efficiencies to improve client outcomes and increase internal productivity.
  • Collaborate & Orchestrate: Partner with and help guide cross-functional agency teams across creative, digital and PR to ensure tight execution and operational excellence.
  • Anticipate & Innovate: Anticipate client needs and proactively bring forward new ideas and solutions.
  • Solve Problems Proactively: Navigate challenges with a level head—solving problems and negotiating resolution while maintaining strong relationships and business continuity.
  • Balance & Advocate: Manage the dual expectations of client and agency, advocating for both perspectives while upholding a standard of excellence.
  • Manage Budgets & Details: Manage and monitor client budgets, invoicing and billing questions with accuracy and accountability.
  • Measure & Optimize: Help evaluate campaign effectiveness, extract insights and recommend performance-enhancing optimizations.
  • Mentor & Support:Guide and mentor junior team members—sharing knowledge and helping foster a culture of accountability, learning and high performance.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

  • 5+ years of agency or integrated marketing experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Agriculture, livestock or food system experience—either on the agency or client/corporate side
  • Strong spoken and written communication skills
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
  • Proven track record of success driving digital and integrated initiatives
  • Highly organized with strong project and budget management skills
  • Works well and provides leadership in a team environment
  • Advanced MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook skills
  • Ability to travel about 10%
