HARTLAND, Wis. (May 4, 2023)—The Agricultural Relations Council (ARC) named C.O.nxt the winner of a Golden ARC Award and a Merit Award at the ARC annual meeting for their work with the Illinois Soybean Association (ISA).
C.O.nxt won a Golden ARC Award for the ISA AMP Video Series: Stay Strong. Live Long. The Agribusiness Management Program (AMP) video series is an emerging farmer resource from the Illinois Soybean Association highlighting three focus areas—succession planning, strategic marketing and young farmers. Each video showcases an Illinois farm family that has navigated an area of agribusiness with the help and support of AMP. The videos can be viewed on the ISA YouTube channel or via the AMP page on ILSoyAdvisor.com, the home of ISA’s farmer resources.
C.O.nxt also took home a Merit Award for the ILSoyAdvisor blog. The ILSoyAdvisor blog provides the resources and information growers search for to help them remain competitive, sustainably produce soybeans and increase profitability. Some highlights of the campaign include:
78,952 website page views from 64,025 unique users in 2020, a 39% increase in page views and a 45% increase in unique users from 2019 to 2020.
An average open rate of 27.9% and an average click-through rate of 5.2% for ILSoyAdvisor’s weekly emails, exceeding industry averages.
“We’re very excited for everyone who contributed to these award-winning projects,” says Brittany Steuer, EVP of Client Services at C.O.nxt. “It’s always rewarding to see our clients and employee-owners being recognized by the industry for their incredible work. All of us at C.O.nxt are looking forward to another successful showing with our food-system friends at next year’s annual meeting.”

Meeting attendees had the opportunity to network with and hear from agricultural and food public relations professionals from across the country, attend a tour of aquaculture industry research facilities for shellfish at the Virginia Institute of Marine Science and visit Colonial Williamsburg to tour stables, visit and learn about rare breeds preservation and see the farming and gardening areas.
